Slow-pickled red onions with a mellow tang and a soft pink hue. Bright, crisp, and surprisingly addictive. You'll put these on everything and tell everyone about it. The "blush" comes from the natural pigments in red onions reacting with the vinegar. Science is beautiful (and delicious).
