Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your delivery address, area and any delivery notes
• Your order details: products, quantities, totals, delivery slot and payment method
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp

We do not create customer accounts, and we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV.

• To prepare, deliver and confirm your order
• To contact you about your order, delivery time or any issue with it
• To process refunds, replacements and cancellations
• To keep records required by Egyptian tax and commercial law
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure

Card payments are processed by Paymob, a licensed payment provider in Egypt, on their secure payment page. Your card details go directly to Paymob and its partner banks; we only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and a transaction reference.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• Our delivery staff or couriers, to bring your order to you
• Paymob, to process card payments
• Service providers that host our website, store order data and send order emails
• Government authorities, when required by law

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

In line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to order data is limited to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
